It is reserved for leaders who have demonstrated _capacity to deliver, character to serve with integrity, and commitment to stand with their people through every season. In the legislature, executive, or judiciary, those three virtues separate leaders who are elevated for more responsibility from those who are quietly dropped. As Nwangele State Constituency *prepares* for the next chapter, the question before us is not about noise or promises. The question every well meaning Indigene should ask is: do we sustain progress with a tested hand, or do we gamble with a learner?
At a time when our people urgently need quality service delivery, sentiment and experiments must give way to competence and track record.
Continuity is not about keeping a seat warm. It is about keeping a proven record moving forward. The safest choice for Nwangele State Constituency, remains the incumbent, Rt. Hon.Chyna Iwuanyanwu, the leader who already has the capacity to legislate, the character to remain accessible, and the commitment to attract development home. To abandon that now is to delay the growth we have worked hard to build.
There are those who are currently agitating against the return of *Rt. Hon. Chyna Amara Iwuanyanwu*, the Imo State Deputy Speaker, for a third term. Their campaign is built on blackmail, misinformation, and deliberate attempts to pollute the minds of the electorate. They claim they are doing the right thing. But being in the right place at the right time is not enough. You must also be the right person. *Rt. Hon. Chyna Amara Iwuanyanwu* is that right person. He is at the right place, at the right time, doing the right thing by matching activity with productivity. His capacity is not a borrowed title. It is a meritorious name earned through indisputable quality service delivery that is second to none in the history of the IMHA seat for Nwangele.
It is a well known fact that there is wisdom in how connoisseurs treat good wine. They never rush it. They store it, they protect it, and when the time is right, they pour it. The taste is deeper, the aroma richer, and the value higher. Politics follows the same principle. A ranking legislator is like old wine. The longer he stays, the better he becomes. To pour it too early is to waste it. To throw it away is to deny the people the full benefit of what time and experience can produce. Critics of the moves to Imo State Deputy Speaker to House of Assembly for the third time should see from the eye of an old wine, the older the better.
The truth about legislative service is that the first term is almost always for learning. A new member spends the first 12 to 18 months trying to understand Standing Orders, committee structures, and the process of moving an idea into a bill and a bill into law. By the time he is comfortable in the chamber, his first term is nearly gone. Sending a learner to represent a people during critical times is like sending a child to negotiate on behalf of adults. The stakes are too high for on-the-job training.
A ranking member like, Rt Hon.Chyna Iwuanyanwu has already paid that price. He has been tested by budgets, by oversight exercises, and by political storms. Nwangele cannot afford to reset the clock now when we are just getting to the season of maximum harvest.

As Nwangele constituents reflect on the kind of representation that will guarantee forward movement, one name continues to ring out with clarity — *the Imo State Deputy Speaker, Rt. Hon. In a political season filled with packaging and experiments, Nwangele deserves continuity anchored on proven values. We do not need someone to go and learn the rules. Capacity without character is dangerous, and character without commitment is empty. *Rt. Hon. Chyna Amara Iwuanyanwu* has shown all three. His capacity is evident in the bills he has sponsored, the motions he has moved, and the way he presides over the House with depth and decorum. His character is evident in his humility, accessibility, and refusal to abandon the grassroots. His commitment is evident in his consistent presence for Nwangele people, even when cameras are not watching, he is silently and strategically touching lives without blowing his trumpet
Some argue that it is time for “fresh blood.” But fresh blood without direction bleeds the system. What Nwangele needs now is not a restart, but a continuation. We need someone who can walk into the third term and immediately take leadership positions, attract bigger projects, and speak with authority on behalf of the people. That is what ranking members do, and that is what we stand to gain if Rt Hon Chyna Amara Iwuanyanwu is re-elected for the third time.
The tenure of *Rt. Hon. Chyna Amara Iwuanyanwu* so far has shown that capacity delivers. Roads have been attracted. Youths have been empowered.
