By stroke of history, circumstances and natural tendencies, Chief (Dr) Chima Mathew Amadi otherwise known as Gburugburu, shares critical resemblances with some of the iconoclastic personalities Nigeria has ever produced.
This is a part of the reason he is technically, mathematically and democratically qualified to represent the Imo East Senatorial District – Owerri Zone – in the 2027 National Assembly elections, than the other candidates.
Gburugburu, the APP Owerri Zone senatorial candidate for the January 16, 2027 elections, combines the Great Zik of Africa’s diplomacy, accommodation and vision.
Zik’s vision of East, North political understanding was a perfect chemistry that produced excellent result for Ndigbo in the First Republic as well as the Second Republic periods. Gburugburu will take Owerri Zone to the Olympic heights of political glory when he is elected in January 2027. Like Zik, his vision is superb, wonderful.
He is imbibed with the Iconic M. I. Okpara’s attractive sense of humility, administrative sagacity and inspiring leadership magnetism that lead to success and achievement.
Okpara’s industrial, agricultural and economic policies remain unequaled as they made the East the fastest growing economy in the world between 1960 and 1966.
Gburugburu says, with his contact and tentacles he will explore and leverage on legislative windows to attract projects that will turn Owerri Zone into an agricultural, industrial and general economic hub.
Amadi’s activities in the last four years have factually demonstrated his righteous bend and leaning to the Legendary Ojukwu’s courage, determination and dedication to the people’s liberation from political misfortune, social disorder and economic servitude.
Of course, his knack for performance and delivery is the offshoot of Mbakwe’s character, competence and an eternal desire for meaningful results in all he does.
As Mbakwe left an indelible mark that still stands tall in the old Imo State today, so will Gburugburu make a positive impact on Owerri Zone at the end of his senatorial services.
Yes. It is said that no Nigerian, dead or alive, has ever equaled the Late MKO Abiola’s philanthropy and humanitarian services, however, Gburugburu’s heart of gold in Imo is akin to what the erstwhile Nigerian Pillar of Sports did in the country.
Amadi, the APP Owerri Zone senatorial candidate for the 2027 National Assembly elections, has turned service to humanity into a class act.
He has graciously built houses for the poor in the state., resuscitated businesses for the downtrodden across various communities in the state in a most magnanimous fashion; he has greatly revamped the capital of traders, market women and the youths through his magnificent empowerment sachmes. In fact, philanthropy is now Gburugburu’s address and PIN.
Amadi went to the public hospitals and universities in Imo State and paid their bills. The patients smiles home while the students danced with joy. This shows he will do more when he gets to NAAS through the constituency projects and funds.
Gburugburu means well for all. He has proved his mettle as the man of the the masses, a man for the people and by the community. He is the best man for the Owerri Zone job. He will triumph!!!
