Celebration, goodwill trail Ikenga’s 44th birthday

Family members, political associates, constituents, supporters and admirers from across Imo State and beyond are expected to converge on Umukegwu, Akokwa, in Ideato North Local Government Area on Monday, August 3, 2026, to celebrate the 44th birthday of the member representing Ideato North/Ideato South Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Barr. Ikenga Imo Ugochinyere.
The celebration is expected to attract prominent political figures, leaders and members of the Action People’s Party (APP), traditional rulers, community leaders, youth groups, friends and well-wishers from different parts of the country, underscoring the goodwill the federal lawmaker has continued to enjoy through his political engagements, legislative accomplishments and commitment to democratic governance.
Over the years, Ugochinyere has emerged as one of the most prominent political voices from Imo State. The event is scheduled to hold on Monday, August 3, 2026, at Ikenga’s Country Home, Umukegwu, Akokwa, Ideato North Local Government Area of Imo State, beginning at 1:00 p.m.
The solidarity gathering is being coordinated by the GDF Media Directorate, with Charles Okafor, Media Director, signing the notice.
