A former lawmaker who represented Ihitte/ Uboma in the Imo State House of Assembly, Michael Crown, in the message, said the party’s current trajectory goes beyond routine political activity, describing it as a growing movement anchored on purpose, faith, and determination.

According to him, APP has evolved beyond being a mere political structure to a platform of rising possibilities, built on consistency, courage, and what he described as divine guidance. He noted that while human efforts such as meetings, grassroots mobilization, and structural development have contributed to its growth, a deeper sense of mission continues to propel its momentum.

He stated that a defining moment in the party’s journey came on the 26th, when it successfully conducted its State Congress, noting that the exercise was not just an internal democratic process but a clear demonstration of readiness, organization, and unity across the state.

“The successful conduct of the State Congress showed that APP is prepared for the responsibility ahead. It reflected unity in diversity, strength in structure, and a shared belief that the future of Imo State can indeed be better,” he said.

Crown congratulated the newly elected State Executive Committee, describing their emergence as timely, especially at a period when public expectations for change are rising. According to him, the leadership carries not just official positions but the trust and aspirations of the people.

He reiterated that APP remains committed to offering an alternative political direction in Imo State, promising leadership anchored on accountability, inclusiveness, and sustainable development.

Describing the party as “more than an opposition,” Crown said it represents a bridge between the present realities and a more promising future for the state, expressing confidence that with unity, strategic planning, and faith, a shift in political power is achievable.

“The road ahead may not be without challenges, but one truth remains: with God, it is possible,” he added.

He concluded by reaffirming his belief that a new chapter is unfolding for Imo State, as the party continues to mobilize support and strengthen its structures ahead of future political contests.
