Frank Ibezim’s vision and resolve to uplift rural communities of Imo North through collaboration and political synergy with the Federal government has been described as the best option for Ihitte-Uboma and Okigwe zone at large.
Hon. Micheal Onyeamechi Njoku representing Ihitte-Uboma at the Imo State House of Assembly who spoke to journalists at the campaign ground of Sir Frank Ibezim described the Ehime Mbano APC candidate as a divine candidate with vision and passion above his opponents in the Senatorial race. He said Frank Ibezim has brought in many Federal and International Interventionist agencies to Okigwe zone without being in the Senate. The Rice Settlement, Dimeneze Central School building and other verifiable projects were attracted through his contacts. He went wide to challenge who cares that Frank will win landslide with supporters of crown that made it possible for his victory during 2019 general elections.
The IMC Chairman for Ihitte -Uboma who spoke like Evangelist Okoroike, Isiala Mbano IMC Chairman, Hon. Chike Olemgbe told the audience that victory for Frank Ibezim remains the best way to affirm his capacity in appreciation for the Shared Prosperity government that remembered Awuchinumo Ward with his appointment as IMC boss since the inception of Ihitte Uboma from old Etiti.
Sir Frank Ibezim whose humility, openness and sincerity of purpose have attracted large followership could not hide his words declaring his resolve to maintain a constant link with Ihitte-Uboma communities in memory of late Sen. Ben Uwajimogu. In his words “most rural communities in our zone are in dire need of basic amenities such as roads, rural electricity, good water supply, schools and health centres.” He assured that he will continue to use his contacts with Imo State government, the Federal Minister of State for Education and party leadership for the good of Imo North.
He said, “APC leadership at red chambers no doubt would like having me as their link to South East APC with our governor for our needs.”
Chief Kizito Anyanwu KSC, one of the political leaders of the LGA said Frank Ibezim’s combinations with community leaders and the political class will usher in a new era. He described Ibezim as a worthy Imo North son with principles. In his words, ”Frank Ibezim is one man in a million that can be trusted with his words, his sincerity of purpose is second to none.” Imo APC Chairman, Prince Barr. Macon Nlemigbo who presented Ibezim to the crowd urged the people to bless God always as God has remembered Okigwe zone with Frank Ibezim. Chief Ibezim is quoted to have resolved to reclaim all lost glories of Ndi Okigwe from 8th Senate to 9th Senate since the demise of Sen. Uwajimogu.
It was a roll call as many political leaders across board showered encomiums for the APC candidate. Evangelist Chika Okoroike, IMC Chairman Isiala Mbano and Engr. Godson Onukwugha (Godon) told the crowd at Amauzari that Frank Ibezim’s vision and resolve has turned a religion for Okigwe zone.
Okoroike noted that every society exists with the middle and lower class. He said opposition parties have been exiled with heartwarming programmes of the APC candidate. “Chief Frank Ibezim’s vision is a replica of our vision, very upright politician, not overzealous and very reachable.”
He lauded Frank Ibezim’s traits epitomized with his concerns on the NDDC roads here at Ibeme, Mbano and other places. It is only APC candidate that will actualize both old and new road projects from Federal agencies. Rev. Engr Godon Onukwugha in his goodwill message told the crowd that Frank Ibezim’s emergence and passion for the upliftment of Okigwe zone indicates that God has sworn to bless Imo North through him. He called for total support for him just as he pointed out that the two local government active support to the ward rallies showed that Ibezim is on a mission.
One political analyst who also is a stakeholder, Barr. Uchechukwu Nwanaju told newsmen that Team Frank Ibezim truly has structured the train to capture areas in Imo North that expose abandoned and forgotten communities. The human right lawyer opined that Frank Ibezim has come to make a difference in political representations in Imo North. He expressed hopes that the “preachings” of Sir Frank Ibezim are apt and for a new dawn in politics.
