Chairmanship aspirant for Ukwa East LGA Abia State under the platform of APC Chief Ugo Ndubuisi has said that despite the presence of PDP political bigwigs in the area he is optimistic to emerge victorious at the December 19 local government election in Ukwa East Abia State.
Chief Ndubuisi who made the statement at the APC secretariat in Umuahia after picking the form for the chairmanship election noted that the coming election is not of a party but of individual, “I have the pedigree, I am financially sound, and have impacted on many people in my LGA and beyond I am on the ground and of the grassroots.”
