Uche Ogbuagu, during the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the Central Bank of Nigeria Empowerment Loan Scheme for Ikeduru indigenes.
The Traditional Prime Minister described Ogbuagu as a man, who only thinks on how to put the people of the area on a sound footing.
He charged the prospective beneficiaries of the loan scheme to utilize it well so as to make the Honourable Member attract more of such scheme in the future.
Speaking also, the representatives of the Central Bank Consulting Firm, Mr. Ikechukwu Kingdom assures that all the 116 candidates from the Lawmaker would be favoured with the loan scheme.
He made it clear that the loan scheme is repayable after 7 years with an annual interest of 5 percent per annum. He explains that it is for agricultural and small scales business enterprises.
Responding, Ogbuagu praised God that such a loan scheme would be available to Ikeduru Indigenes at this time. He charges those who will benefit from the scheme to understand that it is for their businesses and not for frivolities.
He explains that if the scheme goes on without hitches, it would encourage the Central Bank of Nigeria to have confidence in doing more businesses and allowing such schemes to Ikeduru.
