Metumaraibe emerges Umuelemonyeuyo President


A grassroot mobilizer and real estate developer, Surveyor Ebere Metumaraibe has emerged as the new President of Umuelemonyeuyo youth association, Umunyeali autonomous community in Mbaitoli Local Government area of Imo state.

Speaking after the election that was keenly contested between Surveyor Ebere Metumaraibe and Mr. Uzoma Osineke at the community hall, Umunyeali autonomous community, Mbaitoli Local Government area on Saturday, June, 20, 2020.

The newly elected President of Umuelemonyeuyo youth association, Surveyor Metumaraibe commended the youths of the community for coming out in their large numbers to elect him as their President, saying that he felt honoured by the show of love he received from them.

The youth leader said that he was not interested initially to lead the youths of his community but when he noticed that things were not moving in tandem with the desires of the youths. His fellow youths beckoned on him to contest.

He made it loud and clear that he will do everything humanly possible to unite and bring all the youths of his area under one strong and united body.

Metumaraibe added that under his watch and administration, he will not tolerate idleness, maintaining that his administration has mapped out plans and modalities to empower and support youths of his area with little funds to begin a small scale businesses or start up a skill.

He used the opportunity to assure the Governor of ImoState, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodinma of his support and that of the entire Umuelemonyeuyo youths.

He assured the Governor that he will do everything within his reach and powers to support the Governor and all the elected and appointees of the of shared prosperity government of Senator Hope Uzodinma to succeed in all fronts.

The new Excos include, Ebere Metumaraibe (Chairman), Amakihe Promise C Nice (Vice Chairman), Ugochukwu Awuzie (Secretary), Chukwuemeka Ebomuche (Financial Secretary), Ebere Nwokoro (Treasurer), Amakihe Vincent (P.R.O) and Daniel Iheanacho (Provost).
